La Goelette Restaurant
Recently renovated, La Goelette can hold up to 150 people for a seated function and up to 200 for a standing cocktail.  The renovation has provided a new look to the structure and a more professional appearance to its bar.  We have made provision for lock-up space for the POS System installed to benefit the training of the students and to equip them with all the skills needed in the industry.

Messhall Restaurant
Being a smaller restaurant, Meshall can hold up to 75 people at a comfortable seated function and100 people for a standing cocktail.  The restaurant boasts a magnificent view of Grand Anse, Port Launay and even Anse Boileau and is well known as a prime location for taking in breathtaking sunsets.

Mess Hall is used for the practicals of Hospitality Management Students and, otherwise, is mostly used for small internal functions.

La Goelette Kitchen
This Kitchen is used for the daily functioning of  La Goelette Restaurant.  It is used by the students while doing production during their practical classes. It is also used as a commercial Kitchen when the Academy is hosting banquets both at the Academy’s level and for outsiders such as weddings, dinner parties, gala dinners and many more. It can cater for all types of banquets from 50 to 500 customers.

Messhall Kitchen
This is an individual stove kitchen, where students learn to work on their own.  The equipment used has been donated by the European Union.  It has fifteen individual stoves for the students and one for the lecturer to perform technologies appliqué.

Computer Room
We have a total of two computer rooms which provide for the use of twenty-seven computers in total. Located to the northern and southern side of the campus, these are equipped with the latest software and simulation for classes.  Fully air-conditioned, they offer printing, scanning, photocopying and fax facilities as well as internet.

The library is equipped with books, magazines and published materials covering all courses on offer.  Books and media are loaned out to students on demand to help them with their studies with students borrowing up to 2 books at a time. The library also provides course materials for lectures and also offers internet, printing, scanning and photocopying facilities to students and staff.

Located just beyond the main campus gate, the canteen is where you can buy snacks, drinks and lunch while also providing a place where to sit and relax with colleges. It is worth noting that although the canteen forms part of the campus facility, the service and running of the canteen is rented out to external businesses or individual caterers. The canteen opens during school hours from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm but also opens when there are extra or evening classes.
